Lucindy Willis, former proprietor and chef at Yancey House in Caswell Co. will be facilitating this lovely demonstration. Complementing the meal is a selection of microbrews from local brewery Mountain Valley Brewing. The menu will include the following items:
Shrimp, Cucumber, Cocktail Aspic Pintxo
Spanish Sausage & Peppers on Ciabatta
Tortilla de Patatas (Spanish Tortilla)
Barbacoa Taco with Lime-Honey Coleslaw and Chipotle Crème Sauce
The cost is $65 per person and includes the meal & tasting of microbrews; additional beverages will be available for purchase from MVB. A maximum of 20 people is available for this event.
